Interesting Facts:

I have a "library" full of World War II books

I have been on nine (9) cruises

One of my biggest regrets was not studying abroad while in college

My favorite wines are reislings and moscatos

I was kissed on the cheek by an 80-something-year-old Irish man while at a pub outside of Galway

My favorite beach vacation spot is St. Petersburg, Florida

My grandfather served as an Army medic during WWII in the Pacific, hence my interest in WWII

I've always wanted to learn French, Japanese and German languages

I plan to go canyon swinging in New Zealand someday

I find men with accents to be incredibly attractive (as well as men in uniform)

I once had a 40-year-old Belizean man tell my dad that he wanted to marry me

I swam with stingrays twice in Grand Cayman

I would love to go cage diving with sharks one day

My sister and I got into a New York City taxi cab only to find out that the driver's brother owned a gas station in a town only 5 minutes from my hometown.

My dream job would be to work as a travel writer and/or historical tour guide

One of my favorite spots in New York City is Top of The Rock

My favorite Hard Rock Cafe is in Maui, Hawaii

I wept when reading the inscription on the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Arlington National Cemetery

I collect Hard Rock Cafe t-shirts from every place I visit

I volunteered to be a whiskey taster on a tour at the Jameson Distillery in Dublin, Ireland

I refuse to eat veal, rabbitt, duck or deer meat

I have a strong desire to visit Jerusalem, but have no desire to ever return to Mexico. I have been several times on cruises and find it to be "meh"

My parents have never taken a vacation without my sister and I. When I was young, we always vacationed in Florida. It's probably why I love Florida and the beach. (I HATE cold weather!)
